    About the Job

    Digital Strategy

    • Create digital solutions to answer clients’ business needs on a short-term and long-term basis
    • Development and implement strategies and tactical programs to influence audiences across digital and social ecosystems
    • Monitor, analyze and communicate trends, news on emerging technologies and social metrics as part of client counsel
    • Provide counsel to help account leads nurture and grow client relationships with new ways to expand digital reach

    Account Management

    • Act as a primary client contact; continually fostering client-agency relationship and consistently adding value to build ongoing trust with clients, anticipating and addressing their needs
    • Support account teams in working effectively and in the best interest of clients; motivate team members by promptly reviewing work and providing constructive feedback, and encourage team to take advantage of training and development opportunities
    • Demonstrate knowledge that relationships are critical to success and consistently strive to add value, improve strategies, and deliver guidance to all levels and teams, internally and externally
    • Build sustainable teams greater than the sum of their parts through your ability to mobilize, supervise, and motivate diverse teams

    Project and Financial Management

    • Manage the Digital budgets and teams for sizable accounts, with responsibility for profitability, incremental growth, quality of account service and employee development
    • Under the strategic direction of senior management, act as the primary lead for all phases of digital account programs, including strategy development, implementation, community management, and analytics and measurement
    • Create and implement best practices guidelines for delivering integrated solutions to our clients
    • Understand and implement client/agency financial policies and procedures and manage account financials including budget allocation and control, time sheets, client billing, supplier invoicing and purchase orders; ensure team billability and account profitability
    • Develop and monitor program plans and budgets for profitability; vigorously pursue competitive estimates for services from vendors and regularly report status to client and agency management

    Qualifications

    • 7 plus years' Digital interactive experience
    • Must have experience working with healthcare clients
    • Recognized expertise in developing strategic creative solutions for clients
    • Ability to provide clear creative conceptual direction and to motivate cross functional teams
    • Strong personal and professional experience in emerging media content, technologies + services and online community engagement
    • A portfolio of work demonstrating an ability to analyze user, client and project needs, and develop and execute relevant content strategy.
    • Strong writing and editing skills. Ability to extract insights from large amounts of information. Comfort developing presentations and presenting your ideas.
    • An understanding of digital platforms, the opportunities and challenges they present and opinions on what will work best and why.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with strategy, UX, creative and technology professionals.
    • An appreciation of storytelling and a desire to find the narrative in anything.
    • A working knowledge of current digital technologies, publishing tools and trends in the advertising, communications and marketing industries.
    • Understanding of standard approaches to data analytics, ads implementation, application development and platform integration
