We are looking for a President, Influencer and Cultural Partnerships.

About the Job

As part of the Leadership team, in conjunction with senior leaders across the network, develop cohesive global offering that strategically links relevant influencer, sports, esports, celebrities, film, television and music properties to clients’ products and brands via entertainment-based promotions, product placements, celebrity endorsements, deals and sponsorships.


You will have a track record of global professional experience, be a strategic thinker, be business minded and results oriented. You will also be an exceptional manager and team builder. One who fosters a fun energetic environment, possesses superior verbal and written communications skills, exudes confidence in all settings, particularly new business, encourages a team approach to management, self-motivates, and dedicates themselves and the team to achieving client satisfaction and internal goals.


Extensive background working with global clients and ability to develop tailored programs, earned media and content to meet client’s needs both globally and locally. Experience with global sports properties such as Olympics, World Cup, films and music is preferred. 


Ability to create and package collective offering within Ketchum and across Omnicom network.



Client Management:

  • Build relationships with senior clients to gauge satisfaction and discover incremental and cross-selling wins 
  • Champion change initiatives, demonstrate, encourage and drives entrepreneurial mindset and behavior for continuously evolving offerings to clients  
  • Demonstrate strategic understanding of all specialty groups and ensure continuous integration of offering into client business

Business Development:

  • Create collective, compelling offering that is sellable. Market and sell offering within the Ketchum and Omnicom network
  • Ability to package and sell project to existing clients and leverage established relationships to bring in new clients
  • Work with client teams across the network to forge sustainable, profitable and growing, industry-leading and award-winning business 
  • Visibly and actively engender an entrepreneurial, client centric culture, focused on generating growth opportunities from clients and prospects, and providing unique growth and development opportunities for current and future Ketchum talent 
  • Stay current with emerging communication solutions, innovation developments in industries relevant to clients’ business needs, incorporate into business growth strategies    
  • Assess and determine future trends, diagnose business options and implement strategies to achieve operational effectiveness influencing these areas 
  • Manage overall business development with large new business pitches and ensure high quality content / product / outcomes for clients


  • Effectively evaluate staff capabilities and performance; provide guidance, counsel/support and recognition where appropriate. Work with HR to appropriately manage personnel matters, issues, and organizational development
  • Develop the next generation of leaders by effective, and consistent performance management, succession planning, coaching and mentoring
  • Contribute to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture, to attract, grow and retain top talent, work with leadership and HR to build and develop engaged and dynamic teams 


  • Deliver a robust influencer marketing strategy that continually evaluates our tech stack, incorporates a continual training plan and enhances an analytics based approach to identification and measurement of results. 
  • Exhibit visionary leadership, drive the business strategy of the group
  • Exhibit tenacity when counselling; demonstrate appropriate resilience when recommending solutions
  • Develop speaker and other visibility opportunities with key influencers and organizations globally
  • Reinforce Ketchum values, ethics, culture, and critical success factors to develop and foster a culture of respect and integrity, influence other to their best performance to drive business strategy
  • Ensure compliance with all agency policies

Financial Management:

  • Monitor team performance continually to ensure achievement of financial goals
  • Demonstrate understanding of financial systems, accountable for financial controls and policies; recommend and act on improvements that lead to efficiencies, educates team
  • Develop agency POVs that translate to actionable strategies, drive targeted marketing plan, evaluate process and results for return on investment

  • 15+ years of relevant experience.

  • BA/BS degree preferred
