We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team. This job can be located in New York, NY or Atlanta, GA.

We’re looking for someone to enhance our in-house marketing team’s high-performing campaigns, thought leadership and creative.  Our marketing team works with Ketchum experts worldwide – spanning 11 industry sectors and nearly 20 specialty areas – to help the world’s leading brands tackle their most pressing business challenges.

Here’s an idea of what you’ll do:

• Create and maintain project schedules for all assets from creative brief through final delivery, managing to deadline and budget
• Work with the team to meet milestone dates while proactively communicating and addressing any challenges that put a project at risk
• Work with project leaders to identify and interface with writing and design resources
• Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams across multiple industries and specialties, seniority levels and geographies
• Support bi-weekly budget tracking, purchase order and invoice processing and tracking

We’re looking for required skills, and they can come from any combination of education and experience. Diversity of thought and background are encouraged. Typical qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Communications & Media, Public Relations or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an agency or similar position
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams or project management software is a differentiator
• Extremely strong organizational and communication skills and attention to detail
• Financial acumen and/or budget management experience is a differentiator
• Open-minded and fast learner who responds enthusiastically to change and opportunity
