We are seeking an SVP, People Operations for North America to help us achieve our goal of creating a world class employee experience, where every team member feels valued, recognized, motivated, engaged, and passionate about our mission.


As our SVP, People Operations, you will be responsible for nurturing and caring for our most valued asset - our people. You will guide and champion the company culture, while working closely with our leadership team and other key stakeholders to enable growth and retention of our talent.  We need someone who is well versed in all aspect of Human Resources, including implementing and streamlining HR processes to deliver operational excellence.

About the Job

  • Establish and implement people operations plans that effectively communicate and support the company's core values, vision, and overall business objectives, while paying attention to the impact on employees
  • In conjunction with DE&I leader, develop and implement strategies to increase inclusion and diversity within the organization
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to implement strategies for attracting new hires and engage and retain current employees
  • Lead the design, development, implementation, and administration of effective performance incentive plans across all levels
  • Promote employee engagement activities by analyzing engagement surveys, recommending action plans, and partnering with employees at all levels to drive action of plans
  • In conjunction with leadership and other key stakeholders, implement employee recognition and reward programs
  • Participate in coaching, counseling, and advising management and staff to ensure resolution of employment related matters
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and relevant employment legislation


We’re looking for required skills, and they can come from any combination of education and experience. Diversity of thought and background are encouraged. Typical qualifications include:

  • 15+ years of demonstrated experience in a People Operations/HR leadership capacity leading and managing other employees on broader initiatives
  • Knowledge and experience in all core functional areas of Human 
  • Ability to gather and analyze data to identify insights 
  • Resources: talent acquisition, retention, compensation, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, and innovative HR systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, consulting, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Extensive experience engaging with and supporting diverse communitiesthat guide action
  • Ability to gather and analyze data to identify insights that guide action
