We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team!


This role will provide support to our North America President. The right candidate will be a go-getter who has experience handling confidential matters and thrives in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. 

About the Job

  • Proactively manage calendars with strong attention to accuracy, detail, and allocation of time to promote productivity and anticipate the need to re-prioritize as appropriate
  • Respond to requests for information from clients, account staff and other agency employees in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide support on budgets and expensing
  • Identify operational weaknesses and help enhance processes or develop new ones
  • Provide support on presentations and agency meetings
  • Manage meeting logistics
  • Collaborate with other members of the admin and facilities team to provide seamless support 
  • Support executive when he/she is traveling in terms of travel logistics, flagging important emails, reviewing/sorting e-mail and regular correspondence and route materials as needed
  • Cultivate and apply strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to juggle multiple assignments and cope with stressful situations
  • Foster positive relationships with all levels of employees



  • BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Must have exceptional Excel skill and strong financial acumen
  • A minimum of 5 years of prior Executive Assistant level experience supporting more than one senior level executive
  • Experience working in a consulting, PR, marketing, advertising, digital agency environment a plus
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Strong computer skills including, but not limited to PowerPoint, MSWord, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy
  • Ablity to work with confidential, sensitive issues in a professional manner to many levels of internal and external sources
  • Willingness to handle any detail, no matter how small, to ensure the executive’s needs are handled smoothly and efficiently
  • Must have the professional maturity required to deal with potentially sensitive information requiring tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment
