Operations Business Analyst

We are seeking a strong, self-motivated candidate with passion to fill a Business Analyst role for the global Ketchum Operations team.

About the Job

The primary role is to develop support capabilities and bring innovation to the ongoing maintenance of key operational processes. These processes include, but are not limited to, content management, streamlining communication channels, and case support. This individual will work closely with a wide set of Ketchum stakeholder’s, requiring collaboration and a high degree of flexibility. It involves regular and close interaction with senior leaders and offers broad exposure to Ketchum’s core activities.


As an integral member of the team, you’ll work alongside project owners and team members to support Ketchum’s industries, increasing your understanding of complex business problems and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career – at Ketchum and beyond.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the operations team and functional and industry teams to assess business needs and further develop platforms.
  • Connect with key stakeholders to identify, track, and report on commercial progress and momentum
  • Respond to client team outreaches for information related to Ketchum operations
  • Connect with stakeholders to remain abreast of up-to-date client materials and requests
  • Grow expertise on details of the Ketchum operational process and act as central knowledge hub
  • Maintain awareness of Ketchum operational structure and processes, including senior leadership
  • Facilitate sharing of content and documentation across team
  • Support key leadership meetings and agenda
  • In partnership with initiative owners and adjacent teams, provide content support, research, analyses, or documentation to support projects, meetings/events, and trainings
  • Assist in the drafting and publication of internal communications, across a variety of channels
  • Work with team members to identify potential process improvements to accelerate Ketchum’s operational development


We’re looking for required skills, and they can come from any combination of education and experience. Diversity of thought and background are encouraged. Typical qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or demonstrated related experience in appropriate fields required
  • A minimum of 2+ years of in a similar product management / analyst role which includes interfacing with customer groups, documenting business requirements, and conveying user stories to technical team
  • Experience working in a hybrid agile product development environment
  • Experience with databases concepts and data analysisI
