About the Job

This internship will help prepare you for a career in multiple facets of communication that support our industry focus.

  • Have a general understanding of how an agency environment works
  • Be a part of brainstorming sessions to create innovative ideas for our clients
  • Assist with coordinating public events
  • Perform research for clients and potential clients
  • Offer production support for various teams within the agency by handling timelines, emails, presentation decks and reports
  • Attend external and internal client meetings and/or events
  • Assist in managing all arrangements for client meetings, including set-up and multimedia needs
  • Perform other duties as needed
  • Strong writing skills
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Creative side
  • Self-motivation
  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate program or greater
  • Flexible schedule and availability for part-time work, Monday through Friday for the Spring semester
  • The position is for a minimum of 15-20 hours per week. The specific working hours are negotiable but must significantly overlap with the working hours of the office
