Our NY office is seeking a highly energetic, creative storyteller who is passionate about using their media relations skills to build corporate reputations and brands. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, yet hands on media relations professional with strong business/corporate media contacts.
The VP of Corporate Media Relations will identify and propel relevant stories; a talented individual with a proven track record of media placements and a team player that can drive successful media relations, analyst relations and social media programs. This position is responsible for working with the New York Office and the Global Media Network to provide senior media counsel, grow accounts and create incremental revenue opportunities
Ideal candidate will have strong corporate, top tier business and b2b media contacts with 10 plus years’ experience working in a newsroom or public relations agency environment. Ideal candidate will also have experience in working directly with C-suite executives on media opportunities and experience with financial communications, transactions and investor relations.
