    About the Job

    You know the best ideas are born through partnering. Your energy and talents allow you to work independently one minute and then jump into a brainstorm session the next. Your confidence and experience have prepped you to be articulate and at ease when presenting work internally and to a wide variety of clients.


    In your role, you’ll:

    • create inspiring, strategic and innovative concepts across all channels
    • own your ideas from concept through production
    • collaborate effectively with copywriters, editors and client teams
    • prepare and present concepts to team members and clients
    • work effectively within budgets and timelines
    • assist in training and directing designers
    • participate in new-business efforts


    • 5-7 years of agency experience
    • BFA or BA in graphic design, interactive design or equivalent
    • Proven ability to concept and deliver big ideas across multiple channels
    • Deep competency with Adobe Creative Suite
    • Illustration skills a plus
    • Basic understanding of HTML and video (preferred)
    • Proven time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other creatives, account services staff and managers
