    The Marketing Manager will support the agency’s Global Practices, creating marketing content and managing marketing campaigns to drive business growth and visibility. For thisl role, we are looking for a creative communicator who likes to think outside the box, sets high standards for their work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    About the Job

    • Partner with key stakeholders (Practices leaders, New Business team, Corporate Communications) to design and execute marketing campaigns that support the sales team and the company overall, with a focus on lead generation.
    • Write marketing content and work with designers and digital strategists to package the content and bring it to market in ways that get noticed.
    • Use analytics to measure campaign success and uncover insights.
    • Monitor the public relations, marketing and advertising industries and competitors to identify trends and new opportunities to innovate.
    • Manage performance and drive accountability for self and others.
    • Foster respect and collaboration within the team and colleagues. Share credit, actively involve and engage with own team, and build strong relationships.
    • Assists on special projects and performs other duties as directed by supervisor.


    For this internal role, any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would qualify. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, English or a related field preferred
    • Five to eight years of experience in digital, public relations or advertising agency or similar position
    • Experience with using social media platforms to market content
    • Exceptional communications skills, including written, verbal and presentation
    • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
    • Smart, creative, passionate, personable, analytical, and able to see the big picture while diving into the details, all at the same time
    • Effective team player with ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization and work virtually with colleagues in other offices
    • Commitment to quality while being able to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment
