    Ketchum's Digital team is looking for a Digital Producer to manage the fulfillment of web-based and print project deliverables across multiple offices. Ensure profitability by exceeding client expectations while managing to company financial plans. Manage workflow, internal processes and expectations to deliver high-end client solutions in a prompt and cost-effective manner. Guide and facilitate the development of internal and client web presences to achieve strategic communication goals.

     

    About the Job

    Workflow Management:

    • Manage departmental and project budgets and timelines with the goal of having all projects completed on time and in budget
    • Manage employee availability and billability for assigned team members
    • Ensure adequate proper project staffing to meet business needs and employee career development goals
    • Collaborate closely with development team in developing project plans, including accurate budgets and rapid yet realistic project schedules
    • Work closely with development team in producing and implementing QA plans for final deliverables to ensure requested and delivered feature sets match original requirements

    Project Management and Development:

    • Leads the development of high-level content, design standards, information architecture and interface, web-client standards, web-based database access resources, content management systems and related procedures and documentation
    • Interface with account team leads, creative directors and clients to ensure vision alignment and overall work quality
    • Establish staffing requirements, timelines, and budgets for interactive engagements, ensuring quality and efficiency of project execution
    • Collaborate with traffic managers and account team leaders to ensure group is meeting timelines and budget expectations
    • Coordinate and manage usability testing sessions
    • Supports minor editing and special requests

    Talent: 

    • Establish performance goals and assess web producer team performance; provide regular feedback to web producer team members
    • Partner with HR to recruit and develop top talent and provide career coaching to employees

    Operations:

    • Ensure quality and consistency of all processes and protocols to achieve business goals and alignment with Ketchum policy (i.e., project management, staffing, internal/external communication)
    • Oversee management of freelancers/vendors, and execution of POs and invoices 

    Communication Responsibilities:

    • Establish processes and mechanisms for knowledge sharing across geographies and verticals
    • Liaise with team leads to ensure information and resources flow properly throughout the network 

    Qualifications

    • 4-6 years of experience. Agency experience preferred
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, required. Proficiency with PowerPoint, InDesign, and Photoshop a plus
    • Knowledge of project management principles, processes and software
    • A solid understanding of the lifecycle of web development initiatives
    • Experienced writing functional specifications and project documentation required
    • Experience developing quality assurance plans and managing QA
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong management and leadership skills
