We are seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Graduate Intern to join our group at our headquarters office in New York. 

    About the Job

    This role will report to the Organizational Effectiveness Associate and will provide overall support to the Organizational Effectiveness team. This person will work collaboratively with colleagues in the Executive, Talent, Learning, and Operations functions on special projects and initiatives including, but not limited to:


    Supporting global organizational effectiveness and change management projects:

    • Assisting with the implementation of a large pivot for the organization
    • Collaborating on materials for this major change management project
    • Codification of key meeting themes and notes
    • Collaborating and codifying notes for team inquiries

    Supporting global employee engagement efforts:

    • Ideating, coordinating, and executing on pulse survey project needs
    • Assisting leaders with platform logistics, data management, and results distribution
    • Collaborating with talent team members to ideate and implement engagement solutions

    Supporting launch of new global talent management system:

    • Collaborating with Chief Human Resources Officer Organizational Effectiveness Consultant to create and implement employee adoption plans
    • Assisting with Cornerstone user testing
    • Ideating on methods to increase awareness and knowledge of new system for managers and employees

    Supporting global talent programs and tools such as:

    • Coordinating details around talent development programs
    • Compiling best practice research in the areas of talent development programming
    • Collaborating with Corporate Communications about messaging for talent programs and employee resources
    • Creating and managing microsites for various global talent programs, including Mentoring, Flexibility, Employee Resources, and others

    Supporting global learning activities in alignment with overall agency strategy by:

    • Working with talent leaders to assist with needs assessments and developing learning interventions
    • Supporting the design and development of learning materials, videos, webinars, and communications



    • Currently pursuing or has completed a Master’s degree in I/O psychology, organizational behavior, organizational science, business, human resources, or related field
    • A general knowledge of business fundamentals and organizational practices and theories
    • Previous experience in a professional work environment
    • Experience working in a client-oriented, professional services environment is a plus
    • Ability to work in a confidential environment with many senior leaders
    • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
    • High attention to detail and excellent organization skills
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong work ethic with a commitment to high quality and service excellence to both clients, as well as Ketchum team members
    • Desire to work in fast-paced environment with a passion for the field
    • Ability to work effectively independently, as well as part of a highly collaborative team
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs; data analysis and / or graphic design skills are a plus
    • Brings a creative mindset to work and is flexible and open to learning new ways of doing things
    • Takes responsibility for continuous learning and development
