    The CEO/ President is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable strategist and implementer with excellent communications skills, who excels at bridge building across organizational departments. This role provides a highly visible opportunity to make a difference as we seek to aggressively grow our global portfolio of business.

    About the Job

    The Chief of Staff,  will support all financial, communications and operational activities in the office of the CEO/President to facilitate effective decision-making and implementation.  He/she will provide oversight and guidance to discreet projects and initiatives, particularly focused on the execution of the agency transformation, day-to-day work flow, and help support with corporate communications c-suite marketing and speaking engagements.  

    • Support the CEO/President in the most strategic and timely aspects of her role
    • Establish trusted and trusting relationships across the extended leadership team, i.e., industry leaders, account leaders, holding company leaders, etc., facilitating communication and serving as an extension of the CEO in staying connected to key leaders
    • Work closely with the CFO, NA Presidents, as well as client and communications officers, to take issues off of the plate of the CEO/President, resolving concerns and challenges and capitalizing on opportunities
    • Track and keep the CEO/President and members of the extended leadership team apprised of progress on key priorities
    • Liaise and actively support in the development with corporate communications team on the internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO; attend as needed external events for support 
    • Work with executive assistant and corporate communications on prioritizing speaking engagements, webinars, meetings/events, etc. ensuring these are strategically timed and coordinated with relevant business deliverables and priorities
    • Prepare content, presentations and follow up to be used by the CEO/President for internal and external meetings
    • Attend key leadership and planning meetings with the CEO/President and manage follow-up on commitments and action items
    • Be an extension of the CEO/President and C-suite working closely with them and their executive assistants



    • Strong writing and project management skills
    • Creative design oversight and basic PowerPoint skills
    • A respected and trusted colleague able to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders
    • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial processes
    • Well versed in the use of sophisticated social media tools
