We are seeking a Sr. HR Manager in our DC office to help create and execute innovative HR programs that will attract talent and drive employee engagement and retention. We are looking for a passionate HR generalist who is ready to join a fun, collaborative HR team. This is a hands on HR role that will have responsibilities for the full employee life cycle from recruiting to separation.
This position will be responsible for the core HR areas including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, employment law compliance, employee relations and talent attraction. The right candidate must be highly adaptable, motivated, a natural relationship builder and ready and willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. This is a position for a self-motivated, strategic thinker, who understands organization development and efficiency, and is a stickler for details.
