  • Overview

    Ketchum is looking to add a Creative Project Manager to its growing team. Our ideal Creative Project Manager candidate must have strong organizational and time management chops, possess good internal communications skills and be a tenacious problem solver. They will learn processes and build relationships throughout our global agency. They will define and monitor scopes, budgets, milestones, timelines, and deliverables. All with a great attitude and a “can-do” approach. Ultimately, they will recognize their role is to help produce great work.

    About the Job

    •  Work with teams to develop estimates, budgets and timelines
    • Monitor and track projects, produce and distribute status tracking reports and provide proactive recommendations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
    • Assist the creative team in managing and prioritizing workloads
    • Manage communication and approvals between creative and client teams
    • Recognize issues, adjust and report as needed
    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs and offer solutions when necessary
    • Identify and secure project resources, including third-party vendors, as needed
    • Serve as a liaison for internal resources (including creative, media, analytics, digital and client services) from planning through implementation for flawless execution of projects
    • Understand and apply knowledge of the creative process and the business of the agency
    • Identify learnings – good and bad ­– from projects to apply to future projects
    • Identify and implement ways to improve project management through process improvements, technology solutions, etc.



    • Minimum of three years traffic or project management experience within an advertising, PR or creative agency environment
    • Experience with web, print and video.
    • Experience using project management/reporting tools a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills
    • Ability to multi-task and balance priorities
    • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with staff, clients and vendors
    • Ability to work in multi-faceted, fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
