    The primary focus of the HRIS Analyst is to provide support and maintenance for the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) powered by SAP SuccessFactors. They will serve as a technical point-of-contact for HRIS data and assist in ensuring data integrity, testing/auditing of data feeds, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst will work cross-functionally to manage the process of inputting data, and extracting data, from or to the HRIS from various systems including our recruiting platform (iCIMS), talent management system (Cornerstone), payroll system (Peoplesoft) and resource management tool (Screendragon).  

     

    The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for report writing from the HRIS, and combining data from the HRIS and other systems to create ad-hoc reports as necessary.  This person will also play a key role in supporting the business by analyzing talent data and providing custom reports to business leaders to drive key talent decisions.  

     

    This role is critical to our success.  It requires someone who is a problem solver, strategic thinker and able to run the tactical and day–to-day support for HRIS activities.

    About the Job

    • Oversee the daily operation of the HRIS
    • Process employee data, such as maternity and medical leaves, salary and title changes
    • Run weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including affirmative action reports, new hire reports, and EEO-1 reports
    • Assist IT and Finance in designing manuals and document data processing procedures
    • Generate ad-hoc reports to support talent partners and business leaders (for example, reports on turnover, hiring costs and benefits)
    • Collaborate with Finance and IT to audit and test data, and implement upgrades to HRIS fields

    Qualifications

    • Broad experience with HR technologies, systems, and reporting
    • 6+ years of experience in HRIS, or talent data analyst position preferred
    • Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Understanding of Data Protection Laws including GDPR
    • Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Demonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
    • Detailed orientated, focus on data accuracy and system integrity
    • Knowledge of Ceridian, PeopleSoft, Source 500, Access, SQ, iCIMS and Cornerstone a big plus
    • SQL and Crystal reports experience also a plus
    • Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive data
    • Team player and ability to work under pressure.
